How do I earn shards?
You earn a few shards every time you clear a line. You can also buy shard packs from the Shop if you'd rather skip the grind.
What do shards buy?
Three tools you can use any time mid-game: Bomb (clear any one block on the board), Shuffle (swap your whole hand for three new shapes), and Rotate (arm Rotate, then tap a hand shape to spin it — further rotates of that same shape are free until you pick another). Shards can also clear space to keep a run going after a Board Full, once per game.
What is Daily Board?
Daily Board is a once-a-day shared board seeded the same for every player. Your streak tracks consecutive days you finish today's board. Closing the app mid-Daily Board saves your progress so you can continue the same run later.
Why did clearing a line score more than I expected?
A line cleared using only one colour scores double. Clearing more than one line in a single move, or clearing on consecutive placements, also builds a combo multiplier - the streak resets the moment you place a shape without clearing anything.
Why does it feel harder than when I started?
The shapes you're offered get genuinely harder to place as your score climbs - there's no fixed level cap, the difficulty just keeps ramping. This is by design and was stress-tested across hundreds of simulated games to confirm it's a real, measurable effect, not random bad luck.
How does "Watch Ad to Clear Space" work?
When none of your three shapes fit anywhere, you can watch a short video to clear some random space on the board and keep the same game going. It's limited to once per game. If no ad is available, you can clear space instead for a small shards cost, if you have enough.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Shop from the shards pill and tap "Restore Purchases". On iOS, sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase; on Android, use the same Google Play account. It restores at no extra cost.
How do I change my ad consent choice?
Open the Shop and tap "Manage Ad Consent". This lets you revisit the Google consent form if you're in a region where it applies.
Does Remove Ads also remove "Watch Ad to Clear Space"?
No - Remove Ads clears the banner and interstitial ads that show during play. Watch Ad to Clear Space stays available as an optional way to keep a game going, since it's something you're choosing to use, not an ad interrupting you.
