Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy sets out the types of information collected, used and safeguarded by Coop Escape ("the Game") when played on your iOS device.
In short: there is no account and no server. Your best distance, feathers, unlocked skins, and purchases are stored only in your device's local storage. The Game does not request permission to track you and does not use Apple's advertising identifier.
1. Game Data Stored On Your Device
Coop Escape keeps all of your progress locally on your device only, the same way a note-taking app stores a note:
Your best distance, total runs, and which environment milestones you've reached
Your feathers balance (the in-game currency) and which boosts are equipped for your next run
Which chicken skins you own and which one is equipped
Whether you've purchased Remove Ads or the cosmetics bundle
None of this is uploaded anywhere. Deleting the Game removes all of it.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
Coop Escape is free to play, supported by third-party advertising and optional in-app purchases. To provide these, we use standard industry software development kits (SDKs) which may collect certain device-level information:
Technical data: your device model, operating system version, and system language, used to serve contextual (non-personalised) advertising. The Game does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).
3. Third-Party Services We Use
Google AdMob We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display a banner advert, an occasional interstitial, and an optional rewarded video ("Watch Ad to Continue"). The Game does not request tracking permission, so adverts are contextual rather than personalised to you individually. You can read Google's policy here: Google Privacy Policy.
App Store Billing All in-app purchases (Remove Ads, feather packs, the cosmetics bundle) are handled securely through Apple's App Store. We never collect, process, or store your card details or payment credentials.
4. Watch Ad to Continue
If you choose to watch a rewarded video to continue a run, that video is served and measured by Google AdMob under the same policy as above. Choosing not to watch, or the ad failing to load, never blocks you from playing - you can always start a fresh run instead, or continue by spending feathers if you have enough.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You can restrict advertising tracking, or opt out of personalised ads entirely, from your device settings via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Deleting the Game removes all locally stored data along with it.
6. Children's Privacy
Coop Escape does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.
