By downloading, accessing, or using the My ADHD Pal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

My ADHD Pal is a mobile application designed to help individuals manage ADHD symptoms through:

• Task management and organisation
• Habit tracking
• Focus timer (Pomodoro technique)
• ADHD assessments and progress tracking
• Journal entries for reflection

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Terms

Free Trial

• New users receive a 14-day free trial of premium features
• The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
• You may cancel your trial at any time through your device's app store settings

Premium Subscription

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the App's security features

8. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by My ADHD Pal and are protected by intellectual property laws
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal use only
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

10. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create in the App
• You grant us a licence to store and process your data to provide the service
• We may delete inactive accounts and associated data after reasonable notice
• You are responsible for backing up important data

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination
